1. Permitted Use

The Services are intended for professional use in compliance with applicable laws. The user agrees to:

• Use the assigned numbers solely for legitimate prospecting, sales, or recruiting operations.

• Comply with the GDPR, telecommunications law, and local rules (Bloctel, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).

• Obtain the necessary consents before any recording or solicitation.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Spam, unsolicited mass calls or emails.

• Harassment, intimidation, threats.

• Automated data collection ("scraping").

• Reverse engineering, circumvention of quotas, unauthorized API use.

• Use of the Services for illegal, discriminatory, or defamatory purposes.

• Calls to emergency numbers (prohibited on Fluncall).

3. Consequences

Flunter reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend access to an account if abuse is detected,

• Delete an account in the event of a serious violation,

• Report unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.
