A parallel dialer calls several prospects at once and hands you the first one who picks up. Five French vendors offer a true parallel dialer today: Flunter, Skipcall, Minari, Paradial and Ubic. This comparison reviews them with sourced figures, then explains why Ringover, Aircall or Allo are not on the list. Transparency: this article is published by Flunter. Flunter comes first because it is our product; the order of the others is not a ranking. Prices were checked on each vendor's website on September 24, 2026.
In short
The best French parallel dialers in 2026 are Flunter, Skipcall, Minari, Paradial and Ubic. Skipcall has the lowest published entry price (€60 excl. VAT on annual billing). Flunter, Minari and Paradial go up to 5 simultaneous lines. Ubic offers the most CRM integrations (24). Skipcall is the only one that also includes a business phone system.
Parallel dialer, power dialer, cloud telephony: what's the difference?
A parallel dialer dials several numbers at the same time. As soon as a person answers, the call is passed to you and the other lines are dropped. Voicemails and answering machines are filtered out before you hear them. That is how reps get far more conversations per hour than by calling one number after another.
A power dialer chains calls automatically, but one at a time. It removes the typing, not the waiting for the ring.
A cloud phone system (switchboard, lines, inbound calls) can include a power dialer. It serves a different purpose: equipping the whole company, not only the reps who prospect.
For the details of the three modes, see our page parallel vs power vs predictive dialer and the cold calling glossary.

Ringover, Aircall, Allo, CloudTalk: why they're not on this list
These tools often show up in "dialer" comparisons. Ringover, Aircall and Allo are primarily cloud phone systems: they equip the whole company, handle inbound calls and switchboards. Their dialer calls one number at a time.
Ringover: power dialer from the Business plan, 3 users minimum and a 12-month commitment (pricing).
Aircall: power dialer on the higher plans, 3 licenses minimum.
Allo: phone system with AI agents and a power dialer add-on, no simultaneous calls (pricing).
CloudTalk: a special case. It is not a French vendor (headquartered in Slovakia), and its parallel dialer is an add-on at €39 per user per month (annual billing), on top of the subscription (pricing).
If your main need is a phone system for the whole company, these tools are a good choice. If your need is more prospecting conversations, a parallel dialer will be faster. Detailed comparisons: Flunter vs Ringover, Flunter vs Aircall, Flunter vs Allo and Flunter vs CloudTalk.
What about American parallel dialers?
Nooks and Orum are the references in the United States. They go further on AI (coaching, buying signals), and Orum advertises up to 10 lines on its top plan. Their prices are on quote and Orum shows a 9-seat minimum (Orum pricing). For a small team prospecting in France, French tools are more affordable.
Our comparisons: Flunter vs Nooks and Flunter vs Orum.
How to choose your parallel dialer
Number of lines: 3 lines are enough for well-qualified lists. 5 lines bring more conversations on cold lists or switchboard numbers.
Included volume: compare call, conversation or minute quotas with your real pace.
Your CRM: check that the tool imports your lists and logs every call back, with no retyping.
Commitment and minimum licenses: a one-month trial with no commitment costs less than a badly chosen annual contract.
Voicemail detection: it drives call quality. Test it on your own lists.
Hosting and GDPR: ask where the data lives, who the subprocessors are, and whether a data processing agreement (DPA) is available.
Total cost: add up licenses, numbers, leads and add-ons, not only the listed price.
The most reliable approach is to test two or three tools on the same list for a week and compare the number of conversations you get.
