Flunter vs Reached

Two French parallel dialers for B2B prospecting, with similar plans: 3 lines on the entry plan, 5 above. Reached shows €99 a month without saying whether VAT is included or whether it is per user. Flunter starts at €89 excl. VAT per licence. Here is what sets them apart, with sources.

Similar plans, different units

On paper, the two grids look alike: 3 parallel lines to start, 5 above, quotas of 400 then 1,000, 2 or 3 numbers, 50 to 200 texts.

The difference is in the units. Flunter shows its prices excluding VAT, per licence, that is per rep:

  • Starter, €89 excl. VAT: 3 lines, 400 call credits a month, 2 numbers, 50 texts

  • Hunter, €159 excl. VAT: 5 lines, 1,000 call credits a month, 2 numbers, 100 texts

  • Pro, €249 excl. VAT: 5 lines, unlimited calls up to 20,000 a month, 3 numbers, 200 texts

One credit is used per call placed, answered or not. So 400 Flunter credits do not compare directly with 400 connected calls at Reached: in Flunter, unanswered calls use credits too. When the quota is reached, outbound calls pause and nothing is billed automatically.

Reached shows €99, €179 and €250 a month. Its grid does not say whether the price is per user or per team, nor whether it includes VAT, and its comparison pages mention prices including tax. Its quotas count connected calls, with a cap of 50 hours of conversation on the unlimited plan. Before comparing two quotes, ask Reached to confirm these three points in writing.

What every Flunter licence includes

Every Flunter plan includes the parallel dialer, the power dialer, recording, transcription and an AI summary of each call.

Native CRM integrations are available today: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Boond Manager and Odoo. After each call, the outcome, the summary and the recording go to the CRM.

Voicemails and call screeners are filtered out by an in-house detection engine, tuned continuously on real sales calls: only real people are passed to you.

To connect your own tools, Flunter publishes a documented REST API and an MCP server. Main hosting is with OVHcloud in the European Union, and the list of subprocessors is published in the DPA.

When Reached may be the right choice

Reached is a serious option if you want:

  • an AI brief shown before each call to prepare your talking points

  • a native integration with Attio, Folk, Sellsy, Monday or Lemlist

  • a manager dashboard as an add-on, without moving to a custom plan

  • numbers in several European countries, the UK, Switzerland, the US or Canada

  • a ban list and duplicate lead detection on every plan

Flunter will suit you better if you want a price per rep, excluding VAT, shown on the pricing grid, to start at €89 excl. VAT, to connect Boond Manager or Odoo, to link your tools through a documented API, or to know where your data is hosted.
